Registration Process

1) Page Limit & Format

Recommended paper length: up to 6 pages, including figures, tables, and references. Authors must strictly follow the official IEEE manuscript template and formatting guidelines provided for IC-FCSEE 2027.

2) Peer Review & Acceptance

Every submitted paper will undergo a peer-review process. Submitted papers must be original and unpublished. The similarity index must not exceed 10% excluding references, and all submissions are subject to plagiarism screening. Authors will be notified regarding acceptance through the official conference communication channels.

3) Final Registration Requirements (For Accepted Papers)

Once your paper is accepted, please complete the conference registration and prepare the following final submission documents as instructed by the IC-FCSEE 2027 Organizing Committee:

Paper_ID_Camera_Ready — Final manuscript in DOC/DOCX format
Paper_ID_Camera_Ready — Final manuscript in PDF format
Paper_ID_Reviewer_Remarks — Response to reviewers, if applicable
Paper_ID_Payment_Proof — Registration payment receipt / proof
Paper_ID_Copyright — Signed copyright form, if required

Accepted authors should submit the required final documents through the official Microsoft CMT workflow or as instructed by the IC-FCSEE 2027 Organizing Committee.
