Recommended paper length: up to 7 pages, including figures, tables, and references. Authors must strictly follow the official IEEE manuscript template and formatting guidelines provided for IC-FCSEE 2027.
At least one author must register and present the paper at the conference
Every submitted paper will undergo a peer-review process. Submitted papers must be original and unpublished. The similarity index must not exceed 15% excluding references, and all submissions are subject to plagiarism screening. Authors will be notified regarding acceptance through the official conference communication channels.
Once your paper is accepted, please complete the conference registration and prepare the following final submission documents as instructed by the IC-FCSEE 2027 Organizing Committee:
