We invite you to submit your original, unpublished research work for consideration in IC-FCSEE 2027. Papers should be aligned with one of the four conference tracks below.
IC-FCSEE 2027 invites original, unpublished, and high-quality research papers from academicians, researchers, mathematicians, scientists, industry professionals, and students.
Authors are encouraged to submit innovative research contributions, theoretical developments, mathematical models, computational methodologies, algorithmic innovations, experimental analyses, practical implementations, and review articles related to conference themes.
Scope
Focus: Next-generation computing paradigms, quantum computing, intelligent algorithms, high-performance computing systems, software engineering and data analytics.

Paper Submission
Please review the following requirements carefully before preparing and submitting your manuscript to IC-FCSEE 2027.
Authors are invited to submit original, unpublished research contributions that are relevant to one or more of the IC-FCSEE 2027 conference tracks.
The complete paper should not exceed six (6) pages, including figures, tables, and references, following the prescribed IEEE manuscript format.
The abstract should contain no more than 200 words and should clearly communicate the principal contribution of the work.
A submitted manuscript must be original and must not be simultaneously considered for publication elsewhere.
The similarity index should remain below 10%, excluding references. All submissions are subject to plagiarism screening.
Manuscripts must be submitted in Microsoft Word format (.doc or .docx).
Authors should ensure that the manuscript is written in clear, concise, and academically appropriate English.
Manuscripts for IC-FCSEE 2027 must be submitted through the official Microsoft Conference Management Toolkit (CMT) platform.

At least one author of an accepted paper must complete the required registration for the paper to be included in the conference. Only registered authors or approved presenters may present their work and receive conference certificates.
To encourage wider participation, an individual should not make more than two presentations during the conference.
Each paper may have a maximum of six authors.

Peer Review
Every manuscript submitted to IC-FCSEE 2027 undergoes a structured peer-review process designed to maintain academic quality, relevance, originality, and technical merit.
Submitted manuscripts are checked for scope, basic formatting, originality, completeness, and compliance with the conference submission requirements.
Manuscripts that satisfy the initial requirements are evaluated by reviewers with relevant expertise in the subject area.
Reviewers assess the technical contribution, originality, methodology, clarity, relevance, quality of results, and overall academic significance of the work.
The review outcome is considered by the conference committee, and authors are informed of the decision along with any required revisions.
Accepted papers may undergo a final compliance check before being considered for presentation and publication according to the applicable conference requirements.
IC-FCSEE 2027 follows a systematic evaluation framework to support fairness, consistency, and academic integrity throughout the review process.
Assessment by reviewers with relevant technical expertise.
Evaluation based on originality and technical contribution.
Verification of manuscript quality and conference relevance.
Plagiarism and similarity screening where applicable.

Submission does not guarantee acceptance. Final decisions are based on the outcome of the review process and the manuscript's compliance with conference requirements.
Academic Integrity
IC-FCSEE 2027 is committed to originality, responsible research practices, and ethical standards throughout manuscript preparation, review, and publication.
Submitted manuscripts must represent original research and should primarily reflect the authors' own intellectual contribution. Authors are responsible for ensuring that the content, data, references, results, and claims presented in their manuscript are authentic and properly supported.
Authors may use AI-assisted tools responsibly, provided that academic ownership, accuracy, and originality are maintained.
The manuscript must represent original research conducted by the authors.
AI tools may be used for limited language refinement, grammar correction, or similar editorial assistance.
AI-generated material must not replace the authors' principal technical or intellectual contribution.
Fabricated references, manipulated data, and automatically generated technical content presented as original work are prohibited.
Submitted manuscripts may be subjected to appropriate originality and content-verification procedures before acceptance.
Manuscripts are checked for unacceptable similarity with existing published or submitted material.
The similarity index should remain below 15%, excluding references.
Manuscripts may be examined for substantial machine-generated content where applicable.
By submitting a manuscript, authors confirm that the work complies with the conference's academic and ethical requirements.
The submitted manuscript represents original research work.
The listed authors are responsible for the intellectual contributions presented in the paper.
Data, references, results, and supporting information are authentic and verifiable.
The manuscript complies with applicable ethical and copyright requirements.
Cases involving plagiarism, fabrication, unethical authorship, copyright violations, or inappropriate use of AI may result in action by the conference.
Rejection of the submitted manuscript.
Removal of an accepted paper from the proceedings.
Notification of the relevant institution where appropriate.
Further action in accordance with applicable academic, ethical, or copyright requirements.
IC-FCSEE 2027 expects all submitted work to follow responsible publication and peer-review practices. Plagiarism, duplicate submission, fabrication or falsification of results, inappropriate authorship, copyright infringement, and other forms of ethical misconduct are not permitted.
Manuscripts may be evaluated using appropriate plagiarism and content-screening tools as part of the conference quality assurance process.
